Some submissions get IE.

Since the judge code was wrong, some submissions got IE. We corrected the judge and rejudged these submissions. There is no change in ranking by this fix.

In the input, the first line consists of N, H, W, but the description written below input says N, W, H.
Which order (N, H, W, or N, W, H) is correct?

The former one "N, H, W" is the correct order.
