B問題の不備について

B問題において、制約に反する入力データが含まれていたことにより、本来ACとなる提出がWAになってしまった参加者の方を複数名確認しております。
この件に対する対応方法を社内で検討中ですので、レーティング更新は数日お待ち下さい。

問題文の制約の誤りを修正しました。申し訳ございません。制約に |T| < |S| とありましたが、正しくは |T| <= |S| です。 / There was a mistake in the constraints. We have already fixed the statement. It was written as |T| < |S| but the correct constraints is |T| <= |S|.

入力例1 で f(l,r) = 4 かつ l = 4 を満たす (l,r) として (4,16) や (4,17) は考えられませんか
